Join us to celebrate the new bridge connecting the Adams property with the Town of Falmouth’s River Point parcel.

Fall is a great time to get out on trails, to see wildlife and to experience the great outdoors!

DIRECTIONS:
Meet at the trailhead off of Falmouth Road 100’ from the intersection of Leighton Road. The trailhead is cut and clearly marked with a brown sign depicting a hiker.

PARKING:
Park near the railroad tracks on the corner of Leighton Road and Falmouth Road. Walk back to the trail head on Falmouth Road.

The Falmouth Land Trust is pleased to announce the creation of the Portland North Land Trust Collaborative, an administrative partnership with Cumberland Mainland and Islands Trust and Oceanside Conservation Trust of Casco Bay. Jessica Burton, the Administrator for the Collaboration, will be sharing her time between all of the trusts, assisting with the many administrative tasks that all three trusts share. Stone Ridge Farm Easement. The Falmouth Land Trust has accepted a 48 acre conservation easement at the Stone Ridge Farm development off of Blackstrap Rd in West Falmouth. The Trust is excited about this new piece of land that fits in nicely with our conservation objectives for this area of Falmouth. The easement also serves as a model for how the Trust and developers can work together and arrive at beneficial outcomes for all parties.
